After you schedule your session, you will receive an email confirmation. Your email will include a zoom link or U.S. phone number based on your selection prior to your scheduled start time. If you select FB messenger, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get started.  Zoom calls and FB Messenger will be audio only. Payment will be collected when you schedule.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.  If you have any technical issues please contact us.  

Vent sessions can be scheduled between the hours of  9am -8pm Central Standard Time based on Rosalyn Candy availability Monday - Friday and some Sundays. Must be 21 years or older.

Chat time: 

  • up to 20 minutes Vent sessions (no video) via Zoom, FB Messenger, or US phone number provided 5 minutes prior to start time. 

All vent sessions are confidential and non-refundable. If a vent session cannot be completed at the requested time, you will be offered to reschedule.  If you choose not to reschedule, you will be refunded.  Vent sessions are for entertainment only and does not intend in any form or fashion to replace a licensed professional if needed for counseling.
