Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or per pound basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping site wide.

Shipping Timing

RosalynCandy.com warrants that it will ship orders within three weeks after orders are placed. Normally, goods are shipped within a few days and typical delivery times are 2-4 days, but in certain circumstances shipment and delivery can take up to three weeks.

Packages are shipped using USPS courier services. 

If a product is on backorder, you will be notified with the option to cancel the order for a full refund or to wait until the product is back in stock.

 International Orders

Prices are shown in US dollars.  For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.  Items not delivered due to customs are not the responsibility of RosalynCandy.com or its affiliates. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift' or with altered prices. 

International orders may require 7-14  business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
