1. After payment is submitted send a screenshot of your payment to bookingrosalyn@gmail.com if payment is submitted via CashApp. Instructions to start Chat will follow.

Payments submitted via RosalynCandy.com will receive an email to the email address used during checkout with instructions to start chat.
Email instructions can take up to 2-8 hours. Chat sessions are based on Rosalyn Candy availability. If you do not receive email instructions within the specified time frame, your submission of payment will be refunded via the payment method by which it was sent. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to receive. Please make sure you add bookingrosalyn@gmail.com to your contact list to prevent email from going to your spam folder.

Chat sessions can be scheduled between the hours of 10am - 11pm Central Standard Time based on Rosalyn Candy availability Monday - Sunday. Must be 21 years or older.
2. You will receive a message requesting a good time to start your chat.
All Chat sessions and direct messages are confidential and non-refundable. Chat sessions that cannot be completed within 24 hours of submission of payment, will be refunded. Chat sessions are for entertainment only and does not intend in any form or fashion to replace a licensed professional if needed for counseling.
